Because our products are personal-use items, we currently accept returns under the following conditions:

Returns

• Items must be unused and in original packaging

• Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

• Used products

• Opened or damaged items not due to shipping

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will make it right.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Shipping Costs

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
